He's a short person like her.

Jinora's almost-sister from home. Korra was being trained in the ways of airbending by Master Tenzin, Jinora's father, in their world. Jinora is trying to teach the Avatar airbending in her father's stead, but with little luck. She also doesn't think that Korra's telling her the truth about everything (probably for her own protection, or that's what she would think).
❊ Li Shengshun ❊
One of Korra's weird friends. He didn't pass the Worthy of Dating Korra test, but Jinora is starting to warm up to him. He's actually kind of smart, once you talk to him a little. Li asks questions about Korra a lot, which would be weird if Jinora didn't like trying to explain things like bending and Avatar-ness to him.
❊ Naga ❊
Korra's polar bear dog from home. Naga doesn't listen to Jinora, but they're still friends.
❊ Pavel Chekov ❊
One of Korra's friends. He's smart and funny and also failed the Worthy of Dating Korra test, but he is teaching Jinora about cosmology. She doesn't really get it since it conflicts with everything she was taught at home and she wishes she could be as intelligent as him.
❊ Rapunzel ❊
She knows how to play Pai Sho and she met some of Grandfather Aang's friends!
❊ Rose ❊
Rose doesn't have anyone in the City. She was talking to someone named the Doctor; he wasn't really there.
❊Alexiel ❊
She has a snake named Vale.
❊Arthur ❊
Sir Arthur Pendragon, knight of the realm and crowned prince of Camelot. Jinora is very impressed by his title and his courtly manners. She found him less charming when she was an adult and would like to learn fighting techniques from him anyway.
❊Bobby ❊
A friend and fellow ten year-old. She's good at making snow forts, but overall more playful and rambunctious than Jinora might prefer.
❊Clary ❊
Hopefully the City won't make her go crazy, because Jinora likes her.
❊Gabriel ❊
A blue-haired "elemental angel of water" who looks like a girl with blue hair. Does that make her a water spirit? (So far, Jinora has only spoken to Gabriel as an adult.)

She hasn't had a chance to learn his name, but she didn't like him much when her heart turned into a balloon and took off. He acted like he'd pop it!
❊Lacus Clyne ❊
Jinora met her as an adult, airbending master tattoos and all. Lacus seems very kind, curious, and positive.
❊Lin Bei Fong ❊
Daughter of the legendary Toph and a former love interest of Tenzin's. Lin is serious, tough, and the greatest earthbender Jinora knows. She also lives in the beach house with Korra, Jinora, and Tohru and works with the City's police.
❊Miles/Spider-Man ❊
A friend. He's thirteen and really nice and brave, but she can't tell anyone that Miles and Spider-Man are the same person. Jinora likes jumping around rooftops with him.
❊Pinoko ❊
She's a nurse, she's from Japan, and she's married to Dr. Black Jack. Pinoko and her husband are obviously so in love and Pinoko's really nice. And short.
❊Tohru Honda ❊
She's the best person ever and cooks and cleans; she and Jinora have adopted each other as sisters. Tohru is, perhaps, the most important part of Jinora's in-City family who isn't from her world. She fills in a motherly sort of role at the beach house.
